Default Tires - Mount Race Tires

Who in the Reno area can mount and balance slicks and other race tires without damaging wheels.

I think most of the member's go-to shops like KSpeed should be able to do that for you. If you're willing to travel and are able to have them mounted during normal working hours, you might also want to talk to Incline Village Tire over in, well, Incline Village...

I just used Discount Tire in NW Reno yesterday. I had brand new Toyo888s and new Rotas. Awesome service and it was $80 out the door for 4. They have a Euro machine for our performance wheels and tires. No scratches and lifetime repair, balance and rotation included. They're new and hungry -right by Staples, Walgreens and Chili's on Mae Anne and McCarran.

I always use the discount tire by the legends mall, they always do a great job and listen to warnings I have like having aluminum lug nuts and not wanting then to blast them on at 200 lb/ft with a air gun, or different air pressures front and rear.

I'm in SE Reno...would like to find something closer but have the Camper in Sparks and storage near the Grand Sierra.

Also need some fiberglass supplies to fix the front spoiler that my wife ripped off during an off-course excursion.

Just moved here so trying to get the lay of the land.

Thanks,
Charles Cox

Thanks, not far from where we have our camper through next month.

Speaking of rotaries, my Rx7 has an "interesting" motor in it..."street port" turbo rotor housings, Rx-8 rotors, 51 IDA...sorting it for eventual DM Lotus 7 clone project...we shall see.

In a pinch, you can get glass & mat at the Home Depot in SE Reno.

It's in the paint dept. under the Bondo brand. Fortunately, the Bondo resin is now made by 3M (same part number). If you need body filler, I'd stay away from the Bondo, it's low quality stuff.
