Default No loaner helmets

Note to all competitors: It is likely that loaner helmets will NOT be available for the foreseeable future. If you want to race, or have a passenger, you will need to provide your own helmet. Helmets need to be at least Snell SA2005 or M2005 rated. DOT ratings alone are not sufficient for eligibility.

I object!

Any number of simple and effective disinfectant procedures (Spray, wipes, etc.) should render loaner helmets safe to use and even share if necessary.

Where did this decision come from?

And another thing!

Our Thunderhill registration page says a limited number of loaner helmets will be available. (?)

Steve, the decision was unanimously adopted by the board of directors. Youíre welcome to come up with a procedure and process if you would like to take it upon yourself to disinfect them. We arenít taking the risk. Thanks for your input.

And another thing, this is for SOLO. Meaning the announcements for track do not apply. They are not the same helmets and we are not under the same guidelines as the track program. Again, thanks for your input.

That bird couldn't drive for s**T. Gave me the middle feather when I flashed my lights at him to move over.

Default Concession!

I finally caved and bought a Snell rated lid!

Youíre welcome for my input!
