I think Sierra Fuel Co. has VP race fuel available. Unfortunately they’re closed weekends. There might be a few other random stations around that have 93. But I’m not certain.

Last time I called Sierra Fuel Co. they had stopped VP race fuels, I have been buying at the tracks now, but it's up to $2/gallon more expensive
Carson Valley Oil carries Sonoco Race fuels at a reasonable price, but in 5 gallon cans or 55 gallon drums. You don't need as high an octane rating at altitude, hence the lack of 93 locally. If you are driving in and around the Reno area 91 octane is as good as 93 at sea level in pre-detonation prevention. |
