SCCA Western States National Championship

More info to follow, just wanted to plant the seed that we are gearing up to run the second biggest event for SCCA Rallycross at Prairie City OHV after the site was lost in Socal. Initial plans will be 2 days of competition on June 19th and 20th. 2 sets of 3 runs on Saturday followed by a BBQ for all participants. Sunday will be a typical 4 run day with a trophy presentation at the conclusion of the event, hopefully early enough so that those from out of town can hit the road.

More info as it is worked out. Get that club VW ready!

Ok guys and gals, here's the reg linky, go ahead and fill'er up. From looking at the results, the Eastern States Championship had 56 entrants, that's a great turnout, can we do better? They had to overcome alot for their event, let's work for a great event like they had, we just need you to sign up and come out and have a good time.

This Event was a lot of fun ! I did really bad on Saturday hitting a total of 10 cones, for 20 seconds of penalty. Unlike autocross Every run counts and both days count for your weekend total. I was able to claw back up to 2nd place . :( still good for $400 courtesy of Subaru!

while on pavement i love how stiff my re-valved struts are combined with a 29mm front sway (stock was 20) ... on the dirt i found that I was Skipping across the surface (a few course workers also noticed that) but at least I have no danger of beaking my car... hahaha

Thanks Again Kevin for the great Tire deal :) just barely managed to break even this event (probably 1st event ever that i broke even at) hahaha !
