Howdy!

So long story short i got confused by some rally rules and thought i could use a chromolly steel flywheel but i can't, but i can lighten my cast iron one.

I got about 3 pounds shaved off by a machine shop and they now say i need to get it balance. i wanted him to drill large holes in it, but they felt it might crack under race conditions.. ?!?

anyone know a place in town that does flywheel balancing? (Hopefully not reno clutch and brake, their customer service is AWEFUL) that or they don't like people with long hair :unamused: they are too good for my money apparently ...

a place in carson , or sacramento would work too.
thanks :)

AIMS can probably do it, though I haven't personally checked on it.

Try Hewes Performance Machine. They could have machined it for you to.
