Three questions:

1. Twice this year (to my knowledge) our bus has failed to start after a long and/or hot drive. It acts like a solenoid issue; there is nothing but a loud click when you turn the key to "start," but the click is clearly located somewhere up in the dashboard. There is no click coming from the starter/solenoid. After the bus sits for 30-45 minutes, then it will crank and start. This is a Chevy (?) V-8 truck motor, and the starter & solenoid are located between the block and the exhaust manifold -- not a very cool location. And not an easy place to remove/replace the starter. Anybody have experience with this type of problem? Advice?

2. All year long we've had problems getting both timing displays to work. We're getting closer -- both were working at Truckee. BUT, then we couldn't get the PA to work. It seemed like it was an either-or situation. Anybody know how the two are linked? Do they share a power supply? Again, advice please.

3. Anybody know for certain what has happened to the club's decible meter?

2. I have offered to go over the display stuff with Jason and whoever wants to learn. PA and both displays were working at Fernley. They are unrelated other than both needing power.

3. It was in the box in the bus along with other electronic equipment and spares...
