It has been suggested that we hold the Holiday/awards banquet in Carson city this year.

Please recall that it has been in Reno for umpteen years and some of our members are to the south, many even beyond Carson.

We have been assured of a very nice spread for the same or less money.

Would having this event in Carson prevent you attending?

A deal on hotel rooms might be arranged as well. Are you interested in that?

The board needs guidance on this before the end of the month.

I prefer Reno, but I doubt Carson would be a deal-breaker.
