Have not recieved my SCCA number

My wife wants to take her Miata to Arizona this winter, so I might have to do a Solo or 3.
I paid for my SCCA membership a few month ago but have not received my number. They might want to see my Card in Arizona.
I understand the lady in charge of this is in Topeka. Does anyone else have any idea what the hold up might be?

I had a similar problem w/ my membership this year, I will P.M. you someones address who was very helpfull in getting it resolved.
