My neighbor is moving into a bigger place and is looking for someone responsible to rent his place. Its a nice 2 bedroom with detached garage and off street parking. Would be good for someone with a dog and or a car they dont drive often as there is a long driveway going back to the garage. Its a nice place and I think he is asking somewhere around $900/mo. I can put someone in touch if anyone is interested. Its super close to downtown. About one block west of virginia on la rue.
