Aluminum Welding

Anyone know a place that I can get some aluminum welding done for cheap? I need to get my front mount intercooler on but need to have some pipe and what not welded.

I think Kris had a guy at Modified Auto Salon (or something like that) weld a new BOV on which required aluminium welding. He was happy with the job they did.

He seems really expensive. Any other options in town?

i know Ansel White can do aluminum , not sure if he had to use his shop welder or if his home welder is good enough. I can double check with him and see if he's interested.

My buddy is going to see if a guy he knows will do it. If not I will let you know and maybe Ansel would help me out.

Did you try C&C or Bensen brothers....?????both do alot of fab work for SCCA racers

Called and the guy that would be able to do that is out for a week too. This seems impossible.

Call me 775-359-9100 Jeff. Depending on how much you want done and how fast you need it, will determine the price. I work for a company called Proto Fab INC and we do every imaginable type of welding on just about anything. If its pretty easy stuff about $80.00 bucks and have it done by Thrusday, some pretty intense stuff, I would have to see it.

Thanks Jeff. I actually just dropped it off to a guy last night. He looked at it and said "piece of cake I should have it done tomorrow." But it is good to know that there is someone out there that can help in the future though.
