June 21st North Nevada Rally

Hi everyone,

Like I said at the Membership meeting last night, we are still looking for volunteers for the North Nevada Rally. If you are interested in volunteering, but have never done it, this one will be a good one to start at. Its a small rally (this is the first year) and would be perfect for a beginner. We are hoping to grow this event more in the coming years.

No, Nick had it right... I'm just saying, rallying without slowing down is a lot more impressive than rallying without damaging anything. :P

I guess I should have said "It would have been even more impressive if he had done it without braking as well" and could have avoided all this side tracked nonsense.

Speaking of getting back on track, someone get Alex to copy his excellent post about the rally from SECCS over here. Better yet, get it into the newsletter. :cool:

Yes there was something leaking out of my car, Oil. After unloading the car from the Trailer i discovered my Drain plug from the oil pan had backed out to the point that if you flicked it with your finger it would spin and fall out. Amazingly some how i lucked out and the Skid plate prevented it from backing out any further. Definitely a safety wire item for Rally #2. :D
