Where do I find the specifications for restricted regional classes?
I don't have ITE in my 2008 GCR.
I want to run slicks on my comp coupe and need to know what class to pick for registration for June race to reno event.

ITE is a regional class. Reno Region has not defined its own ITE ruleset, and I have not heard if we'll be adopting another regions rules.
However, because we're running ITX, ITE, and Super Production which are all SFR regional classes and because SFR is our closest neighbor where we expect a lot of drivers at the event will be coming from, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess we'll likely be using SFR's regional supps for those classes.
Here are the SP/ITE/FST rules: http://www.sfrscca.org/images/2008/RoadRacing/2008sp_ite_fstrules.pdf
Here's ITX: http://www.sfrscca.org/images/2008/RoadRacing/2008itxrules.pdf
For simplicity sake, here are the SFR ITE rules in their entirety:
The only IT rules that apply to ITE are those listed below.
1. Any tub chassis production vehicle running with DOT tires.
2. Preparation Rules: International Sedans may modify the floor pan/rocker panel sections.
3. Cars must meet or exceed the Showroom Stock or IT safety requirements of the current General Competition Regulations.
So, it doesn't look like you can run slicks in ITE. You might want to scour the GCR for a different class. I have to guess that your Viper would be GT legal (but perhaps not competitive).

Thanks so much for your help!!
Connie I run ITE in the SFR and we have to run DOT tires . I am assuming it will be the same for our race. YOU can run slicks in SPO.

Connie, Dave got me the regional classes document, it's now available here:
http://www.renoscca.org/documents/Race/2008/2008RenoRegionalClasses.pdf
The rules appear to be identical to SFR's rules at first glance, but I didn't look at them too closely.
