I think you need a soft sway bar, low preload on medium soft springs with a good set of dampers. :)

I live off top of Robb drive, earthquake was huge, was in the garage thought the concrete was gonna split in two. The one this morning was pretty big as well, it felt a litter bigger (only 4.2) but I think it was cuz I was on the second story of a ****ty "can" built house.
