Board Meeting Minutes
Attendees: Don Smith, Lucas Kunze, Matt Roy, Carol & Dave Deborde, Scott Perry and Patty Evans
Absent: Doug Driver,
Minutes of September Meeting: Hearing no objections or corrections to the minutes, Luke Kunze moved and Don Smith seconded a motion and minutes approved unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: The report was covered in the general meeting which preceded the board meeting this month. One action item was identified and Patty will contact Doug to verify a check has been sent to Stead for the upcoming event.
Solo Update- with
the convention coming up the group discussed the 2007 season and the types of
events we would want to have. A
unanimous decision was made to decline a Solo Divisional if it came up at the
convention. Exploring doing a Pro Solo
was discussed and possibly a National Tour event as the rumor is Atwater will
no longer be available as a Solo site.

Time Trials Update: The competition committee is working on 2007 schedule and the primary updates were given at the general meeting. Looking primarily at Performance Driving Experiences combined with time trials for 2007.
Web Site – Scott continues to work on the web site and believes we may be able to share the server with the Subaru club. He is doing some maintenance and will let us know next month. Matt brought up that Andy Banta owns the Renoscca domain name. He will speak to him about transferring it to the club.
End of Year Elections – The board will be assembling the preliminary ballot at the next board/membership meeting.
